Each year Jardins éphémères in the Charente village of Saint-Fraigne chooses a different theme for its annual display of gardens which are set in the middle of local marshes that surround the village. This year's theme is about holidays and eah part of the experience, from packing suitcases, being stuck in traffic jams to the return trip home to feature. It is open to the public in the afternoons from Wednesday to Sunday; www.islenature.fr
