If you want to spend some time in La Rochelle than a self-catering apartment is just the thing, and we have two comfortable studio apartments with balconies and parking to choose from. Both offer privacy and independence and are within a few minutes walk of the centre of La Rochelle ('the most attractive & unspoilt seaside town in France') and its Old Port. Choose from a leafy Parcs setting just five minutes from the seafront, or the atmospheric quarter where old La Rochelle meets new, between the Old Port and the Les Minimes marina.
The Studio du Parc Frank Delmas
Imagine yourself seated on the balcony above enjoying breakfast or late evening drink. This studio is set in a quiet and relaxed neighbourhood in the prestigious La Genette/Mail area of central La Rochelle. The studio provides particularly spacious accommodation (with a separate kitchen) for two people (+ child ) in a tranquil Parcs setting, within five minutes walk of the sea and about 20 minutes walk to the Old Port.

Also with a balcony, this studio (pictured above) is found in an excellent central La Rochelle location - ‘where old La Rochelle meets the new’. Here you’re just a 15 minute walk from the vibrant Ville en Bois quarter which is at the entrance to the Old Port of La Rochelle. Or walk ten minutes in the other direction and you're at the Les Minimes marina, with its sleek yachts, lively bars and restaurants and beach where the local beaux monde go to see and be seen.
Getting round town
All La Rochelle attractions are within easy walking or cycling distance of both apartments, but if you feel lazy a number of bus routes stop nearby (in fact outside your door of the Ville en Bois apartment!). If you have your own car, all major routes are easily accessible and car parking is provided.
