Eating out tip
In France lunch is usually eaten between noon and 2pm and is the key meal; and it's when you are most likely to find the excellent value for money menu du jour. After lunch most restaurants will close for the afternoon. Dinner is usually more expensive – though the evening menu du jour is still good value
